Good Afternoon!
Today in Movement I we taped some butcher paper to our tables, passed out some jumbo crayons, and let our kids have at it! Providing some time to draw and color is important because not only does it allow our children to explore their creativity but it also allows them to strengthen their fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and hand-eye coordination. Some of our friends were very comfortable holding the crayons and knew exactly what to do while some of our friends were curious and took their time warming up to color. None the less everyone enjoyed themselves.
