Hello!

This week the children enjoyed learning about the animals, people and scenic places of Australia. They especially enjoyed listening to the unique sounds of the “Didgeridoo” an original instrument of Australia. This morning the children started working on creating their own Aboriginal art work.

This month the children will be learning about Australia which is a continent, island and country. Today some of the children worked on perforating an outline of Australia, which focuses on building eye hand co-ordination an fine motor skills.

He wasn’t a hero.

Known by the world.

But a hero he is,

To his little boy, or little girl.

This morning the children worked on strengthening their Math skills as we played different math games and sang songs that focus on math concepts.
