We continued to learn about maps during our circle time. We saw pictures of maps and recalled that maps may look different but they all do the same thing: show us where we are going. During our work time the children worked on a map worksheet that they helped put playground equipment on the map.
Coach Leon brought fishing rods and magnetic fish for us to catch during Jumpbunch. The children had a great time fishing!

We presented a new lesson in the Practical Life area that the children were very eager to try. Our new lesson is a cream cheese spreading lesson. The children practiced spreading cream cheese on a piece of bread. They can choose to eat the bread or they can share with a friend. This is a fun lesson that helps the children work on their order, concentration, coordination, and independence as well as sharing.
Today was the last class of the Fall season of Soccer Shots. The children all received a group picture and a certificate.
