We made tacos again… but these we can’t eat!

The kids had a lot of fun coloring their “tortillas”!

Now for the most exciting part of all. Gluing the meat, lettuce, cheese and tomatoes!

Today, our little friends made tortillas to make tacos! They had a lot of fun rolling them to into circles.

They could barely wait to prepare their own tacos!

They were very yummy!

Today we celebrated Cinco de Mayo with Mexican cookies and a piñata!

Each child had a chance to try and break the piñata for a surprise… a lollipop!

Our little friends had a very special visit today!

The leprechaun brought us a pot o’ gold and a yummy treat!

Did you know that today Dr. Seuss would’ve been 114 years old?!

This is how we celebrated one of our children’s beloved authors!

First, we read one of our favorite books, One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish.

Then, we ate some Goldfish as a special snack.

And to top it off, we played some shape flashcards. It was fun lots of fun!
